Follow the “Tasks” below to complete your student’s registration for the 2022-23 school year with Arvada High School.

If your student would like early access to their schedule or you would like to register your student at the school with help from AHS staff you are welcome to come in on August 9th or you may complete everything online. 

A parent or guardian must be the one to register the student. A student cannot register themself!

In person registration dates/times:

  • August 9th at AHS in the library
    • 8:00-11:00 Incoming 9th and 10th grade students
    • 12:00-3:00 Incoming 11th and 12th grade students

AHS Family Calendar - This document has the important dates for the school year on it and when each of our block days are for the whole school year. We have a Silver Day (all 7 periods), a Red Day (odd classes only), and a White Day (even classes only and Bulldog Time).



Renew/Register for Free/Reduced Lunch (Required)

Meals are no longer free for all students!

Families are required to re-apply for these benefits yearly in order to qualify for the benefits. Remember that qualifying for free/reduced meals allows us to also waive other fees like athletic fees, bus fees and course fees.. HERE is the link to SchoolCafe. (If you forgot/don’t have your log in information you can go through the website to recover the information.) For help with Schoolcafe call 303-982-6748.

Log in to Infinite Campus (IC) to begin the registration process. (NOT open until August 2nd.) (Required)

This is the first year the district is using IC instead of Jeffco Connect. Jeffco Connect is no longer in service and everything there was moved into IC.

If you have forgotten your username or password for the Infinite Campus Portal, DO NOT use the links on the log in page. You must use the Personal Account Manager - - to reset your password. If you no longer have access to the email we have on file for you, call 303-982-0162 and we can change your email address or look up your username. We CANNOT reset your password; you must go through the Personal Account Manager .

Once you have logged into IC, follow the prompts to register your student(s) for the 2022-23 school year. HERE is a guide to help you begin the process and HERE is a step by step guide if you are struggling with any specific steps.

Make sure that you review each section to ensure that phone numbers and addresses are correct. To review each section click the “next” button with the text box. After you have reviewed each sub-section, the title will turn green near the top of the page.  When all tasks are green you need to complete the process by clicking the red “submit” icon.

You will need to repeat the process if you have more than one student in Jeffco. You may have to close the window and log back in to complete the process for additional students.

Pay Fees (Required if not approved for Free/Reduced)  

NOTE- Fees for the current school year will not be updated until Monday, August 8th.

For credit/debit card transactions, use the Jeffco Fee Payment link HERE. You will need your student’s ID. Questions? or want to pay via the phone? Call Natalia in the financial office at 303-982-0117.

Turn in any updated immunization forms (Required)

Come into the school Monday-Friday 8-3 to drop off your records. Please drop them off in the Counseling Office.

Request a Locker (optional)

Students are not required to have a locker, but if one is desired they can be checked out through the Counseling Office at any time throughout the school year. Email our registrar, Margaret Smith, at  [email protected]  and she will email you back with your locker number, combination, and location. Indicate if you would like a top or bottom locker, we will do our best to honor those preferences. Locker locations are as follows:

-Freshmen- First Floor, B Hallway

-Sophomores- Second Floor, Choir Hall

-Juniors- Second Floor, Green Room Hall

-Seniors- Second Floor, Bridge/Senior Commons

Athletic Registration (optional)

If your student will be participating in fall athletics, register them HERE. If you have questions, please call the Main Office at 303-982-0262.

Print Bell Schedule (optional)

HERE is the 2022-23 AHS Bell Schedule. Save this to your student’s phone, take a picture of it or hang it on your fridge. You may need to reference this throughout the year.

Additional School Supplies (optional)

All AHS students will have a computer checked out to them through the school and the majority of course work will be submitted online. AHS does not have an official school supplies list. We recommend that the student be provided with any supplies that will help them be successful. This is usually additional paper, pencils/pens, and some type of folder/binder to keep organized.

Review Student’s Schedule (optional)

Come to registration and we will verify that you completed the above process to get early access to your schedule and make any necessary schedule changes.
