The Subway restaurant at 52nd and Wadsworth will donate 20% of sales on Jan. 25 between 5:00 and 9:00 pm to our PTSA. Stop by to get some food and help out our school! (Flyer)

Plan to join us on Feb. 7 for our Community Love of Reading Night. This will be a family night of fun and learning from 5:00 to 5:45 pm with pizza and fun to follow. Your family can meet five different guest authors and get free signed books, literacy resources and more!

Please make note of some important calendar updates for February:

Parent-Teacher conferences were originally planned for February 16, but have been moved to Feb. 15. The time remains the same: 4:00-7:00 pm.

On February 16, there will be no school for 9th, 10th and 11th graders. 12th graders will attend to present their capstone projects on that day.
Gifted & Talented Center:

Have you experienced that the typical strategies that work for neurotypical children often do not work in the same way for gifted and twice-exceptional children? The Jefferson County Association for Gifted Children and ADDitude Magazine are two resources that provide invaluable leadership and support for raising up healthy differently-wired children. Check out this week's GT Newsletter to learn more about these two resources and how to get involved!
